Toma Buchinsky, CEO Adastra GmbH
Toma is focused on improving clients' strategic, tactical, and operational decision making through the use of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing. He engages with Adastra's clients to determine their requirements and conceptualize and deliver best in class Information Management solutions to meet those requirements. Since 2006, Toma has been responsible for coordinating and implementing all German operations. He has a Dipl.-Ing. in Computer Science.

Matthias Meng, Director Project Management
Matthias has over 12 years of hands-on experience in IT, more than nine of which include project management. Before joining Adastra, he headed the Research & Development Unit at the Information Management Competence Center, at Raiffeisen Bank in Vienna. In 2009 Matthias joined Adastra to add his expertise and knowledge to the company’s financial services competency. His broad experience in the banking field, including a B.A. in Banking & Finance, give him a deep understanding of the challenges facing financial services clients and how to meet them effectively.

Rüdiger Wanner, Sales Manager
Rüdiger has been involved in selling IT consulting services and software solutions for more than 27 years. Over the course of his career, he has developed a deep understanding of the specific requirements of different industries which enables easy communication with existing and new clients. Rüdiger is also responsible for Adastra’s Information Management partner network, using his extensive experience and contacts in Information Management to give our clients access to skilled resources as required. Rüdiger studied Economics in in Nürtingen (Dipl. Ing.).
